Siavonga Town Council Human Resource Management Committee (HRMC) has today , successfully concluded a five-day orientation and induction program conducted by the Local Government Service Commission (LGSC) in Livingstone.
The program, which ran from Monday 17th to Friday 21st November 2025, brought together Heads of Departments and Human Resource Management Officers among others from both the Local Authority and devolved departments.
This orientation has equipped Siavonga HRMC with clearer understanding of their mandate, strengthened their appreciation of HR governance processes and reinforced the values of professionalism, accountability and procedural integrity in human resource management at local level.
